About Āta Momentum

At Āta Momentum, we are dedicated to empowering individuals & teams to achieve their potential, both personally & professionally. Our approach combines reflective practices and strategic guidance to provide a unique coaching experience tailored to each client's professional goals.
As part of a wider network of coaches, facilitators & trainers, I bring 15+ years experience working in Human Resources alongside managers and leaders. I've become passionate about coaching and supporting the development of those looking to reflect and grow in their leadership.
A 'classic coaching series' provides an opportunity to explore challenges personally & professionally, how they may be connected and how to bring your whole self to life. Over the six sessions we will explore key connecting issues, how you're showing up and underlying challenges that may be preventing you from growing and gaining momentum in your career.
Coaching is for those who are eager to grow, feel they have more to give but aren't sure how to unlock that potential.
